Jesus; the most controversial personality overtime. 

To some people, he is a prophet who came with a message.

To some, he is the first begotten son of God who came to fulfil a prophecy.

To some, he's just the head of a religious sect.

But, he is not just a prophet who came with a message,

He is the message himself.

“I am the way, the truth and the Life” he saith.

He kept on saying “for the kingdom of God is at hand” while he was on earth.

He is saying;

I did not bring a religion.

I came to show you the way of bringing humanity back to God.

I came to restore a relationship.

I came to restore God's kingdom back to earth.

Mortality and Divinity

CHRIST

Jesus Christ; saviour of the world. He came in the flesh, identified with man, felt what man felt, ate, drank, slept, had compassion and wept.

Jesus; The truth that came as a divine manifestation of God to destroy death and sin.

He was the Son of David because he came from the generation of David down to his earthly father; Joseph.

Christ Jesus; the anointed one, Messiah and the soon coming King.

The first begotten son in which through him many sons were begotten.

 JESUS;

The most controversial personality overtime.

A prophet with a message ? Or the one who came to fulfil a prophecy ?

How possible is it for the blood of Jesus to do justice to sin forever and we can now say we are redeemed ?

Because, almost all things by the law are purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission of sin.

And He is both mortal and divine.

God knows how imperfect the Law is, as there is always a continual reminder of sin yearly even after the sacrifice.

The perfect sacrifice settled it all. The one Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of our sins.

To the end that we now see ourselves through him and as we behold, we become like him. We are changed and transformed.

Mortality and Divinity

Son of man, Son of David and the beloved & only begotten son of God. How is that possible?

What's the price or cost?

His blood

His Life

For the life of flesh is in the blood.

The seed of the woman has to die to bring forth life.

Life that is superior in quality and super abundant in quantity.

Here is the lamp slain from the foundation of the world and has been in the picture from the on set. 

He has to come and die so as to deal with sin and death forever. He has to die to destroy him who has the power of death.

He has to resurrect that we might no more be in our sins and that we might have forgiveness of sin.

 The blood of bulls and goats couldn't do justice to sin forever. Now, we have the perfect sacrifice  that has settled the issue  finally.

 I hope we now understand how the principle of God comes to play in salvation ?

And how that Jesus; Emmanuel is God with us (God in the flesh)

Let me paint a scenario...

Earth was an extension of God's love and the kingdom of heaven, it was taken by the devil due to the disobedience of Man. And now, he has to restore the Dominion, kingdom and the relationship that was lost.

What does it take to save man from sin and it's consequences i.e. death, diseases, destruction, defeat, poverty, powerlessness, sickness etc?

What was the price to be paid for the gift of salvation ?

He has to come, face the court of law and fight for what rightly belongs to him at a cost.

What's the price or cost ?

Still under the love message before the urgency of the message.

“A body is needed to function in this earthly realm”

Satan himself knew that in order for him to function this earth that he needed a body also.

That's why he had to go to the serpent which had a dirt body and negotiated with the serpent to borrow his body for awhile. And he did, making God cursed the serpent because it literally loaned his body to the adversary, who's a spirit, in order to do business legally with Eve.

At times we wonder that if God is so mighty, powerful, awesome, omnipotent, omniscient, why couldn't this mighty God who made 500 million planets and galaxies stop Eve from picking the fruit and destroying his whole program? He could have intervene🤷🏽‍♀️ he could have destroyed the works of the devil, prevent the woman and save humanity. But, he just couldn't.

He is a God of principle

Concept of the principle when it comes to salvation.

Mankind was created for the purpose of expanding God’s Kingdom of Heaven to earth. But, mankind’s disobedience resulted in the loss of his dominion and kingdom to the devil. 

The quest has now been how to return the kingdom of heaven here on Earth.

God was unable to come down to earth immediately after the fall of man because, he is a spirit and the law he set up by his own mouth was that only spirits with bodies can function on earth legally. The reason also behind Why he can't take care of Pharaoh by himself by invading the government and disrupting the process to set the Israelites free by Himself.

“A man is needed”

DOWN TO THE STORY OF CREATION

Paraphrasing where God said the seed of the woman will bruise the serpent's head after the fall of man from the kingdom.

He said, 'Satan, you know I can't come in right now because I'm a spirit.  And if I came in now as a spirit I would violate my Word, break my Word, and I would never be able to be trusted again with my Word.  But, I'll make a promise, and the promise is: the same woman that you used to destroy my program on earth for humanity.  I'm going to use the same woman and I'm going to put my seed in her womb and she'll build around me a physical dirt body.  And I will become legal in the earth. And then legal, I will then come in legally and crush your authority legally. 

“A man is needed to save man”

When we say Jesus is Emmanuel (God with us), It is based on this principle.
